Lychee Martini

August 10, 2017

Before I talk about this refreshing, sweet Lychee Martini… let me share some MAJOR. UPDATES.

1) The AutoCAD film has been released.. read about and watch it HERE. Note: I haven’t even seen the film myself…. of course I’m extremely thankful and happy but also incredibly terrified that the film of me talking and pretending to bake real matcha cookies to all of North America  has been released. Don’t you think it’s weird to see yourself talking? Especially because I have flashbacks of multiple cameras and lights at my face with a crowd watching me. But damn, it was an incredible experience and I hope to get more involved in the entertainment/film industry.

2) I’ve settled into a stunning, sweet Marina Del Rey home thanks to my USC architecture colleague and his family. I’m also especially extremely thankful to seriously be able to share a full size, normal kitchen that I can cook in, while I also actually can enjoy the nice sea breeze. Almost every morning/evening we take a nice walk just to exchange thoughts/ideas. The move was quite the dramatic/sudden/emergency change in my life, but I’m more than grateful to be closer to the west side and catch up with some west LA friends. So… holla!

Anyway, about  them drinks. People suggest that I mix up more bev recipes because they’re simple, quick, and damn sexy. And I have one helluva fun time making them because I can enjoy them while I’m on the job 😉 and who doesn’t love lychee? Thanks Ca-TINE/Christine for suggesting this sweet, refreshing cocktail that ended up becoming my first martini.
